All business' have inevitable problems and everything doesn't always go to plan- it's just the way it works. Someone misreads a number, an address, a time, whatever it might be, it's just normal.
I ordered from nicotinos for the second time now and everything was going according to plan until delivery. Turns out, DHL had mixed up how the package was meant to be delivered and couldn't get it to me on time due to having the wrong address at no fault but their own. I reached out to nicotinos.com support(footway) and Paula and Elias were MORE THAN HELPFUL!! It was a simple mistake on DHL's behalf however the nico.com crew was more than happy to help me even though it wasn't their fault. They instantly got on the phone with DHL and rerouted the package to the correct delivery location, gave me a sizeable discount, and made a frustrated customer happy. All within a few hours of emailing back and forth. I couldn't believe it and I couldn't ask for more.

Placed 2 orders now to Canada.
1st order was shipped via DHL express, was a bit of a pain dealing with their customs form but it arrived timely.
2nd order was 50 tins shipped via UPS, arrived in a week and a half and was super easy to pay the $70 customs fee.
The more you order the cheaper it works out to be. First order I got 8 tins and the shipping / duty was almost the same as the 50 tins. Overall very happy with the website
all came as ordered , took a little while but hey thats international shipping

Did not receive the product because I put in the wrong address. However, the service team responded quickly.
So amazing.they tried translating my Korean address and sent me the right product.also they apologized me for the ups shipping and promised me to refund my extra shipping price 15$.now i could see that my product is in customs.i think I will get my order in few days.i ordered at 7/25,and it arrived Korea at 8/1.if there was no problem with my address,i think it would be shipped a little faster.anyways,thank you for sending my product!love it!
