I’m in Australia and have been waiting for 6 weeks to receive my package and haven’t received any package tracking update since it supposedly left the factory after my purchase 6 weeks ago. Customer service usually takes a week or so to respond and they just keep telling me it will arrive, seems a little bit scammy but they haven’t taken more money then I was expecting, so maybe it just takes a few months for shipping to happen

Took 3 months to get my order even though they make you pay for 'express' shipping. Customer service sucks. Then got slapped with a 50$ import tax. Just buy from another website if your in the U.S. this company sucks.
