1st order was shipped via DHL express, was a bit of a pain dealing with their customs form but it arrived timely.
2nd order was 50 tins shipped via UPS, arrived in a week and a half and was super easy to pay the $70 customs fee.
The more you order the cheaper it works out to be. First order I got 8 tins and the shipping / duty was almost the same as the 50 tins. Overall very happy with the website
So amazing.they tried translating my Korean address and sent me the right product.also they apologized me for the ups shipping and promised me to refund my extra shipping price 15$.now i could see that my product is in customs.i think I will get my order in few days.i ordered at 7/25,and it arrived Korea at 8/1.if there was no problem with my address,i think it would be shipped a little faster.anyways,thank you for sending my product!love it!
Insane.It was my fault that I wrote Korean at the address.So I’m going to order again.Refund me what I had ordered.Then I will order again with the same product.
They only answer you with email only if they have problems about order(maybe).current response time is almost 3 hours .
